President’s Office Opens Application for Broadcom Member

The President’s Office opened applications for the post of member of the Maldives Broadcasting Commission (Broadcom) today.

This post is open to independent members only. Therefore, individuals employed in the civil service or any government institution are not eligible to apply. Those currently serving as elected officials in the Maldives, or individuals with financial interests in the country’s broadcasting industry, are also disqualified from applying.

Interested applicants must submit their application by Tuesday, 29 April. Submissions should include a completed application form, curriculum vitae, a criminal record, and a signed declaration. The President’s Office will accept applications on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. until the deadline.

The President’s Office is searching to fill the position of Aiminath Ameena (Ana), whose term ends in June of this year.
