Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the Nusuk Umrah initiative, allowing pilgrims to apply directly for Umrah through approved electronic platforms, without the need for external travel offices. Informational materials can be accessed via a QR code.
The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the Maldives announced via X that applications can be submitted through the website umrah.nusuk.sa.
According to the Nusuk Umrah website, packages are divided into three categories. The first offers comprehensive packages including a visa, while the second provides options without a visa. Both categories feature three tiers of packages ranging from three to ten nights, priced between SAR 1,836.09 (MVR 7,541.98) and SAR 5,857.23 (MVR 24,059.34) per person, depending on the duration and accommodation level. The third category allows pilgrims to customise their own packages.
