The general manager of Six Senses Laamu was injured in an attack within the resort premises, according to police reports.

However, claims circulating on social media suggest that three masked assailants ambushed the manager with wooden clubs while she was walking near the staff quarters towards her residence. The reports indicate she sustained severe head injuries during the incident.

The attack follows a series of allegations against the manager concerning her treatment of local resort staff. Social media has been rife with accusations of racism and discrimination, with claims of unfair workplace practices under her management.
