Solih Guarantees Funding for Next Term’s Projects

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has reaffirmed his commitment to initiating further projects during his upcoming term, guaranteeing supporters that necessary funds will be secured for their execution.
Speaking at a campaign event held in Kendhikulhudhoo, Noonu Atoll, President Solih, who is running as the candidate for the leading Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP), unveiled plans aimed at bringing substantial changes to the nation’s economy.

He emphasised that the financial resources required from international banks and nations to facilitate these projects are in the process of being secured.
In light of this, President Solih disclosed that he has engaged in dialogues with foreign stakeholders subsequent to the formation of the new coalition. He highlighted that the presence of Ahmed Siyam, the President of the Maldives Development Alliance (MDA), as a coalition partner has served to reassure these international parties.
Additionally, he underscored the unwavering dedication of the newly established ruling coalition comprising MDP, MDA, and Adhaalath Party towards the betterment of the citizenry.
