Sports Ministry Signs Agreement With MACL to Develop Sports Complexes

The Ministry of Sports, Fitness and Recreation has signed an agreement with Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) to develop sports complexes in Hulhumalé Phase One, Hulhumalé Phase Two and Vilimalé.
The agreement was signed yesterday, according to a social media post by the ministry.

Sports Minister Abdulla Rafiu signed the agreement on behalf of the Ministry of Sports, Fitness and Recreation, while MACL was represented by its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed.
The Sports Minister recently announced plans to redevelop the National Football stadium in Hulhumale phase 1, after demolishing the Galolhu Football stadium located in Male’.
