STELCO Opens Public Feedback Channel on Services

The State Electric Company (STELCO) has invited the public to share feedback on its services through a newly launched online feedback form.
In a post on X, the state utility said the initiative aims to gather public opinion to help improve its operations and service delivery. The feedback form, available on STELCO’s website, allows customers to rate the company on a scale of one to five stars across several areas, including customer service, public trust, service delivery speed, and transparency in services and policy changes.

In addition to the rating system, the form provides space for customers to submit written comments about their experiences with the company.
