STELCO Service Counters Temporarily Closed on 27th and 28th September 2023

State Electric Company Limited (STELCO), has released a statement regarding its service counters’ closure for today, 27th September, and tomorrow, 28th September 2023. 

During this time, customers seeking assistance with their electricity bills can avail themselves of support via telephone contact at 7788438. The service will be accessible from 10:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs on both days.

In addition to this, in the event of electricity disruptions or any emergency issues, customers are urged to contact STELCO’s dedicated hotline number, 104, which remains operational 24/7. 

This measure ensures that customers can receive assistance and support, even during the temporary closure of service counters.
