The transitional committees initiated by President-elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu are set to complete their operations by tomorrow.
These interim committees were assigned their objectives on the 8th of October, aiming to conclude their work by the 15th.
Abdul Raheem Abdullah (Adhurey), the Director General of Transition, has stated that the committees are not yet done with their tasks as originally anticipated.
Citing the reason as a lack of cooperation from certain government agencies. However, he refrained from specifying which agencies were involved in this lack of cooperation.
However, he also noted that many government agencies have actively cooperated with the transitional committees. As a result of the data and information gathered during their operations, a special report is currently in the works.
Adhurey further commended the dedication and hard work of those involved in the interim committees.
