UK High Commissioner Pays Courtesy Call on Foreign Minister

The newly appointed UK High Commissioner to the Maldives, Nicholas David Low, met with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, yesterday after presenting his letter of credence to President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
During the meeting, Minister Dr. Khaleel congratulated High Commissioner Low on formally assuming his role and discussed areas of mutual cooperation, including education, climate change, and strengthening the historic ties between the Maldives and the United Kingdom.
