Established in 1992, the GEF SGP is a global initiative administered by the UNDP to support environmental conservation and sustainable development.
This call for proposals invites civil society organisations (CSOs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and community-based organisations (CBOs) to submit their project concepts for potential grant funding.
Priority consideration will be given to national and local NGOs, CBOs, and scientific communities dedicated to advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities, women, and children.
Applicants can seek a maximum grant amount of US$ 30,000 for their projects. In exceptional cases, proposals requesting up to US$ 50,000 may be considered. The maximum project duration is set at 24 months.
Interested parties have until Tuesday, 31st October 2023, at 00:00 hours to submit their proposals.
