Urbanco has taken charge of ‘The Gardens’ development project, located at Plot D2-1a in Hulhumale’, following a transition from Jaah Investment Pvt. Ltd.
The Gardens project in Hulhumale’ is currently under construction, focusing on finishing work on the 10th floor and lower levels.

This phase includes plastering, putty work, title application, and sealing. The project is anticipated to be completed in the next six months.
