Vice President Latheef Attends Raaveriyaa Volley Tournament 2025 Closing Ceremony

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef attended the closing ceremony of the Raaveriyaa Volley Tournament 2025 as the guest of honour yesterday.

Prior to the final matches, the Vice President met with the men’s and women’s finalists, the President’s Office said. In the women’s final, Bonbon Sports Club defeated Gemanafushi Volley Club in two straight sets. The men’s final saw Top Brothers Sports Club secure a 3-2 victory over Gemanafushi Volley Club.

Following the matches, Vice President Latheef presented medals, trophies, and cash prizes to the winners of the women’s division.

Organised by the Nilandhoo Council, the Raaveriyaa Volley Tournament was first held in 2022 and has since become an annual sporting event.
