Concerns were also voiced about the absence of a proper waste management system across the atoll, which has led to environmental and public health issues. The council additionally urged swifter action on the planned relocation of residents from Hirimaradhoo and proposed Faridhoo as a site that could be developed to generate economic activity.

Ongoing development projects were another focus of the discussion, with the council requesting greater urgency in their completion. Members expressed a willingness to support future government initiatives, while underscoring the need for more timely follow-through.

In response, the Vice President acknowledged the concerns and stated that discussions would be held with the relevant authorities to explore possible solutions.
