The Vice President also noted that 2025 marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Maldives and the United Kingdom. He highlighted that the partnership has been strengthened through recent high-level engagements, including President Dr Muizzu’s visit to the UK, a private audience with the King, and Vice President Latheef’s meeting with His Majesty at the 27th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting last year.
