WAMCO Adjusts Household Garbage Collection Times for Tomorrow

Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO) has announced temporary changes to waste collection times in the Greater Male’ Area scheduled for February 5.

The altered schedule, effective solely for the day, will see regular timings reinstated from February 6 onwards.
The revised collection times, disclosed by Wamco, are outlined as follows:
- Male’ Waste Transfer Station: 08:00 to 17:00
- Male’ Household Collection: 14:00 to 17:00
- Call and Pick-up Service: 09:00 to 16:00
- Hulhumale’ Waste Transfer Station: 08:00 to 17:00
- Hulhumale’ Household Collection: 12:00 to 17:00
- Hulhumale’ Household Collection (Phase 2): 07:00 to 15:00
- VilliMale’ Waste Transfer Station: 08:00 to 17:00
- VilliMale’ Household Collection: 14:00 to 17:00
- Thilafushi Disposal Site: 08:30 to 17:00
These adjustments aim to ensure efficient waste management operations while accommodating any logistical requirements or operational constraints for the specified date.
