Winners Announced for “Pay and Win” Lucky Draw by Urbanco

Today, four individuals have been chosen as winners in a lottery draw by Urbanco for an Umrah trip. 

The selection process involved two distinct lotteries: one among individuals who consistently paid their rent from April through June and another among those who consistently paid from July through September.

Moreover, the programme, designed for recipients of social housing units from Urbanco, is set to conclude with a final draw in January 2024. This draw will encompass regular rentpayers from October to December.

“Pay and Win” stands as an initiative open to those who adhere to the terms by consistently paying their rent within the stipulated period without any overdue amounts. Every three months, a draw is conducted among these regular rent payers, offering them a chance to secure an Umrah trip.

Recognising that some social housing units have experienced overdue rent due to various circumstances, Urbanco is working to facilitate opportunities for all eligible participants to engage in the lottery. 

Hence, even individuals facing challenges in rent payments will have the opportunity to join the draw. To qualify for entry, individuals are required to maintain six consecutive months of regular rent payments.

Urbanco’s overarching goal is to extend this opportunity to as many eligible individuals as possible, fostering a culture of consistent rent payment. To support this, individuals encountering difficulties in payment have been offered a payment plan option. 

The corporation aims to encourage and motivate individuals to meet their rental obligations consistently.
