To ensure food safety and sanitation, participants must adhere to grooming standards. All participants are required to wear a light-coloured, plain T-shirt (preferably white), along with an apron (Aprons and face masks will be provided). Male participants must either wear a face mask or ensure their beard and moustache are neatly trimmed.
Additionally, all participants should have trimmed nails, and hair must be covered with a cap or hair net, which will be provided on-site. These guidelines are in line with best practices from the hospitality industry.
