Held every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the immersive evening invites guests to enjoy a curated menu of traditional Maldivian dishes, including Maldivian Potato Gnocchi, Maldivian Fish Carpaccio, Grilled Local Snapper, and a selection of local desserts.

The experience is enhanced by live Bodu Beru performances, cultural décor, and the soothing sounds of the ocean, creating an authentic island-inspired ambience. Guests also receive a complimentary Maldivian sarong and can watch a heritage video showcase during dinner, making the evening a celebration of Maldivian culture as much as its cuisine.
