For Ramadan 2026, we’ve partnered with Barceló Nasandhura Malé to share this easy-to-make, creamy coffee drink—the Nutty Coffee Bliss—perfect for your Iftar table.

What You Need

  • 60 ml Fresh brewed espresso
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 30ml Hazelnut syrup 
  • 325ml full cream milk 
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Preparation

  1. Make the espresso:
    Grind espresso beans and smoothen them before pouring a fresh brewed espresso doppio. 
  2. Blend the ingredients:
    In a blender, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, 30ml hazelnut syrup, 325ml full cream milk, 60ml fresh brewed espresso. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Garnish:
    Garnish inside the glass with chocolate syrup. 
  4. Serve:
    Pour the blended mixture into a tall, chilled glass, then place coffee beans on top as a garnish.
  5. Enjoy right away for a chilled, creamy blend of espresso and hazelnut that’s sweet, comforting, and delightfully indulgent.
