What You Need
- 200 g fresh watermelon (seedless & chilled)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 20 ml honey
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Thin watermelon wedge (for garnish)
- Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)
- Lime twist (for garnish)
Preparation
1. Mix the ingredients:
In a cobbler shaker, combine lime juice, sugar syrup, and honey. Add the chilled watermelon and shake until smooth.
2. Serve:
Fill a tall glass with ice and strain in the mixture.
3. Garnish:
Add a watermelon wedge, lime twist, and mint sprig.
4. Enjoy:
Sip immediately for a light, fruity, and naturally refreshing drink.
