MP for Inguraidhoo constituency, Ibrahim Falah said he did not call for anyone to be killed while debating the Maldives Media and Broadcasting Regulation Bill. He said in his community, ulubeyndhun refers to keeping misbehaving people in a place higher than the ground, rather than executing them.
