If someone says my room cleaning is very nice, very beautiful,” Abdulla Waheed, Housekeeping Supervisor at Barceló Nasandhura, says in the interview with MV+ to celebrate International Housekeeping Week, celebrated in the second week of September each year. He said the most rewarding part of his job is receiving compliments from guests on the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. He explained, adding that seeing such comments on social media and other platforms brings him considerable joy.

As a supervisor, Abdulla closely monitors the work of the housekeeping team, ensuring every task meets the high standards expected at a five-star hotel. He oversees operations during a full house and coordinates preparations to ensure that everything runs smoothly, maintaining the quality and attention to detail that guests expect.
