Ooredoo Maldives Celebrates Children’s Day with ‘Juniors on Duty’ Initiative

In celebration of Children’s Day, Ooredoo Maldives hosted a heartwarming and inspiring intiative, “Ooredoo Juniors on Duty,” inviting children to step into the shoes of frontline heroes at the Call Centre and Experience Centre.

Held on 10th May from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the event gave participating kids a fun and educational opportunity to engage with its customers and get a glimpse of the real-life experience of serving the community through technology. The juniors warmly greeted customers, guided them to resolve queries, answered phone calls, and even responded to customer messages on social media, all under the close supervision of Ooredoo’s team.

“The initiative not only brought joy and smiles to our young participants and customers but also highlighted Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation and celebrating the spirit of service and connection,” Ooredoo said.
