According to statements from both sides, the agreement outlines several areas of collaboration. These include regulatory consultation, support for audiovisual production such as television series, animation and documentaries, and the exchange of technical expertise. The two organisations also plan to offer joint training in content production, media management and broadcasting technology.

In addition to technical and institutional support, the agreement includes provisions for cooperation on cultural programming and the study of historical content from both countries. It also aims to create opportunities for broadcasters and media institutions to engage with developments in online audiovisual media.

The signing took place during a three-day festival focused on broadcasting, television and digital media policy. The event brings together representatives from several countries to discuss regulatory approaches, technological cooperation and regional frameworks for media development.
