MNDF Puts Out Fire in Malé Apartment Balcony

The Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) has put out a fire in the balcony of a house in Malé this morning.
According to MNDF, the fire broke out on the outdoor air-conditioning unit of a sixth-floor balcony in Azfaage. The incident was reported at 7:43 a.m., and MNDF’s Fire and Rescue Services extinguished the flames by 7:59 a.m.

MNDF confirmed that no one was injured in the incident. However, the fire spread into the apartment and caused property damage.
