Man Arrested for Allegedly Smuggling Drugs In Mouth

A 35-year-old man from Fuvahmulah has been arrested on charges of drug smuggling and trafficking after allegedly concealing drugs in his mouth.

The suspect, identified as Ibrahim Didi of Miskiy Magu, has been remanded in custody for five days.

According to the remand order, Ibrahim Didi requested state assistance to appoint a lawyer.
