President Muizzu Begins Two-Day Visit to Islands in Lhaviyani and Kaafu Atolls

President Mohamed Muizzu has begun a two-day visit to several islands in Lhaviyani Atoll and Kaafu Atolls.
The President’s itinerary includes visits to four islands in Lhaviyani, which are Naifaru, Hinnavaru, Kurendhoo, and Olhuvelifushi, and three islands in Kaafu: Kaashidhoo, Dhiffushi, and Thulusdhoo.
During the trip, President Muizzu will meet with Island Councils and Women’s Development Committees (WDCs) to discuss development priorities and explore ways to improve community welfare. He is also scheduled to meet residents to hear their concerns directly.
The President is accompanied by several Cabinet Ministers and senior officials from key government agencies.On his most recent trip of his ongoing nationwide tour, President Muizzu visited islands in the Laamu atoll.
