Police Find Foreigner Dead at Sea Near Gulhifalhu

Maldives Police Service (MPS) found a foreigner dead at sea this afternoon.

In a message shared with the media, police said the body was discovered in the sea near Gulhifalhu at around 12:30pm today. Authorities confirmed that the body was transported to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) and that the individual has been identified.

MPS said an investigation into the incident is under way.
