Fenaka Introduces Training Programme on Islamic Ethics and Workplace Conduct

Fenaka has launched a special training programme to familiarise employees with exemplary Islamic ethics and conduct in the workplace.

The programme, titled “To a Successful Employee through Islamic Values,” was officially inaugurated yesterday. The initiative is being jointly conducted by the Fenaka Institute for Training and Research and Jamiyyathul Salaf’s Oyuun Institute.

The company’s managing director, Mohamed Afeef Hussain, attended the inauguration ceremony marking the programme’s launch.

In its first round, 17 employees from Fenaka’s head office participated in the training. The programme seeks to ensure that employees working in the company’s management and administrative sectors uphold exemplary Islamic ethics and behavioural standards in their professional duties.

According to the company, the training also aims to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to address workplace challenges in line with Islamic principles and values.

The sessions will be delivered by professionals with technical expertise in the field.

Fenaka stated that while the first round is being conducted for head office staff, plans are underway to expand the programme to employees across the company’s branches throughout the Maldives.

Stated by Fenaka, the company is also continuing extensive efforts to right-size its operations, improve service quality, and strengthen organisational performance. The company noted that employees have shown significant support for these ongoing initiatives.
