Dhiraagu Opens Applications for 2027 Apprenticeship Programme

Dhiraagu has opened applications for its 2027 Apprenticeship Programme, offering Maldivians aged 18 to 30 an opportunity to gain work experience and training across various departments of the telecommunications company.

Applications are open to Maldivians who have completed their A-Levels and are not currently employed full-time. The programme will be offered at Dhiraagu’s head office in Malé and its operational centres in Kulhudhuffushi City, Eydhafushi in Baa Atoll and Laamu Atoll.

Apprentices will receive on-the-job training in areas including analytics and business intelligence, brand and marketing communications, cloud and IT services, cybersecurity, financial accounting, human resources, revenue assurance and business control, sales, and stores and procurement.

The programme also includes training in soft skills and workplace competencies, including time management, personal management, project planning and presentation skills. Training will be delivered by specialists from the company’s departments.

Interested applicants can apply through Dhiraagu’s website by 30 November 2026.

Dhiraagu has run the apprenticeship programme annually since 2009. According to the company, 312 apprentices have enrolled since its launch, with graduates going on to work at Dhiraagu and other organisations across the Maldives.
