Corrections is Responsible For Respecting The Human Dignity of its Detainees, Says Commissioner

Commissioner of Prisons Ahmed Mohamed Fulhu stated that the Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) is responsible for respecting the human dignity of its detainees, providing them with the necessary assistance and cooperation with compassion, to make them into good individuals and reintegrate them into society.

He said this in a video statement released today commemorating the institution’s 52 years in service.

The Commissioner’s video message resonated with the institution’s commitment to its mission, shedding light on its objectives and wishing continued prosperity for the MCS.
