Local Fishermen Donate Over MVR 300,000 to Support Palestinian Cause

Nine local fishing boats have donated a combined total of more than MVR 300,000 In response to Israeli military Actions against the Palestinian people.
These local fishermen have responded to the distressing situation in Gaza, where the Israeli military’s actions have taken a heavy toll on innocent lives.

The conflict intensified when Israel declared war on Palestine following an abrupt attack by Hamas on the 7th of this month. The Israeli military’s actions have led to widespread damage and the loss of many lives among the Palestinian population.
The International Aid Campaign (IAC) has established a dedicated fund to aid the Palestinian people in their time of need. Additionally, the Maldivian Red Crescent (MRC) has created a special fund to support the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC).
Beyond these efforts, numerous fundraising initiatives are being carried out in different regions of the country.
