The Deadline to Apply for Flat and Land is Tomorrow

The closing date for applications in the second phase of the Binveriya and Gedhoruveriya Schemes is approaching, with the final deadline set for tomorrow at 15:00.

These two schemes were made available for application last month.

The Ministry of National Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure has earmarked 4,000 plots and 6,000 flats for allocation in second phase.

Eligibility for this landlord scheme extends to Male’ city residents with a minimum of 20 years of residence within the Male’ city. Joint applications are also accepted.

For the convenience of applicants, submissions can be made via the Gedhoruverin portal.
