The process for nominating candidates for the role is now open and will continue until 6:00 pm on Saturday, the 18th of this month.

Despite having 67 members in the 19th Parliament, the MDP’s parliamentary group currently comprises 54 members. This election holds strategic importance for the party as it determines the direction and representation of the majority party within the Parliament.
