Applications Open for Exhibitors at 2nd Edition of Food Carnival

Applications are now open for exhibitors at the upcoming 2nd Edition of the Maldives Food Carnival. 

Scheduled to run from July 3rd to 7th, 2024, at Hulhumale’ Central Park, this vibrant five-day to celebrate the diverse culinary landscape of the region alongside cultural festivities and entertainment.

Far more than a mere food festival, the Maldives Food Carnival serves as a platform for the appreciation of gastronomy, culture, and entertainment. Attendees can anticipate a variety of activities, including the eagerly awaited ‘biruveri hoholha’, an open stage for performers and artists, culinary competitions, and an array of culinary delights to sample and purchase.

Local artisans and established food outlets alike will converge to exhibit and sell their products across designated zones such as Artisan Alley, Food Street, Food Expo & Centre Court. The inaugural edition of the carnival attracted over 14,000 visitors and featured more than 40 vendors spanning various categories. 

Organised by Think Associates in collaboration with Taste Maldives, the event aims to offer a platform for both seasoned restaurateurs and enthusiastic home cooks to showcase their talents, gain exposure, and connect with fellow food enthusiasts.
