Delegation from the PNC Parliamentary Group Departs for Pakistan

A 16-member delegation from the ruling People’s National Congress (PNC) parliamentary group has departed the Maldives for an official visit to Pakistan, following a formal invitation from the Pakistani legislature.
According to the PNC’s official website, the delegation, led by Parliament Speaker and PNC Chairperson Abdul Raheem Abdulla, left Malé yesterday alongside high-ranking party officials, parliamentary group deputy leaders, and several sitting members of parliament.

During the visit, the Maldivian delegation plans to meet with members of the Parliament of Pakistan to discuss legislative practices, strengthen bilateral parliamentary ties, and exchange institutional expertise between the two nations.
