Dhiraagu Set to Convene 35th Annual General Meeting on April 28th

Dhiraagu has announced the date and format for its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will take place on Sunday, 28th April 2024 at 8:15 PM, with a hybrid model allowing shareholders to attend either in person or online.

Shareholders wishing to attend are required to pre-register between the 4th and 27th of April 2024. Those wishing to appoint a proxy must register their proxy between the 4th and 26th of April.

Online participation will be facilitated through the FahiVote platform. Due to limitations at the physical venue, Crossroads Maldives Event Hall, in-person attendance will be restricted to 150 shareholders. Dhiraagu will notify those interested in physical attendance by 1:00 PM on the 28th of April as to whether their request has been granted.

All shareholders listed on the company’s Share Register as of Wednesday, 24th April 2024 qualify to participate, vote, and receive benefits from the AGM.
