Event Maldives Named Official Event Partner for World Travel Awards 2026

Visit Maldives Corporation has announced that Event Maldives has been appointed as the Official Event Partner for the World Travel Awards (WTA) Asia, Oceania & Indian Ocean 2026.
In April, World Travel Awards announced that the Maldives will host World Travel Award’s Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony 2026. The event will bring together travel industry leaders from across the region for a VIP reception scheduled for 27 September 2026, coinciding with World Tourism Day.

Visit Maldives Corporation also confirmed the appointment of Print Lab as the Official Print Partner for the WTA Asia, Oceania & Indian Ocean 2026 programme.
The Gala Ceremony marks the return of the Indian Ocean leg of the World Travel Awards Grand Tour, an annual series of regional events recognising excellence in global tourism.
