The Ministry of Social and Family Development started sending SMS notifications informing citizens when they have accepted cases submitted to the ministry.

In a post made on X yesterday, the ministry said this new service was introduced based on the feedback they have received from the general public to improve their services. Under this system, the general public will get an SMS informing them that they have accepted written complaints and letters to the ministry, the ministry said.
