Gov’t Opens Hulhumalé Phase II Kiosks for Lease

The government has announced the opening of 20 kiosks in Hulhumalé Phase II for lease, offering opportunities for interested parties to secure one through a draw system.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) revealed that Expression of Interest (EOI) forms will be available for purchase between 9:00am and 2:00pm on all working days starting from tomorrow. Forms will be sold at HDC’s Reception Centre located on the ground floor of Central Mall, for MVR 1,000.

The deadline for submitting applications is set for 2:00pm on September 5th, with the draw scheduled to take place at 10:00pm on September 19th. Details regarding the draw’s location will be disclosed closer to the date.
