HDC Opens Offers for Two Hiyaa Commercial Units for Lease Under Open Market Process

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has invited proposals from interested and competent parties for the lease of units under open market demand at Hiyaa Commercial in Hulhumalé.
The corporation has identified two units for the leasing process: HIY12-G-02 (Hiya Flat 12), with an area of 546.27 square metres, and HIY10-G-03 (Hiyaa Flat 10), measuring 554.66 square metres.

HDC set 1 July at 14:00hrs as the deadline for submission of proposals. All submissions must be accompanied by a bid security in line with the Instructions to Proponents.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 14 June at 10:00hrs via Zoom. Enquiries must be submitted in writing by 17 June before 14:00hrs to sales@hdc.mv.
HDC will publish responses to enquiries on its corporate website and the MyHulhumalé properties portal properties.hdc.mv by 21 June.
Proposal documents are available for download free of cost from both websites. The proposal opening will take place on 1 July between 13:00hrs and 14:00hrs at the Exhibition Centre, Ground Floor, HDC Building.
HDC stated that it will not be responsible for information not received by proponents and advised applicants to verify the latest updates published on its official platforms.
