Holhuashi Expands Digital Entertainment, Learning, and Gaming Options for Ooredoo Customers
Ooredoo Maldives has expanded its digital offerings through Holhuashi, a content marketplace available within the Ooredoo SuperApp, providing customers with greater access to entertainment, education, and gaming.
Holhuashi functions as a one-stop digital storefront where users can browse and purchase a wide range of digital products. The platform features a user-friendly interface and does not require downloads, allowing customers to access content instantly. Ooredoo stated that this approach enables users to enjoy digital services conveniently at any time and from any location.
The platform offers a broad content library catering to diverse interests, including audiobooks, games, children’s content, health and fitness, and general entertainment. According to the company, Holhuashi will continue to evolve with new and relevant content to meet increasing digital demand.
In addition, the Medianet Season Pass has been introduced on Holhuashi. This feature provides access to premium entertainment such as live television, on-demand programmes, and sports coverage, all integrated within the SuperApp. The company stated that this addition enhances the overall viewing experience for customers.
Customers can access Holhuashi directly via the Ooredoo SuperApp and make purchases using their mobile balance. Charges for prepaid users are deducted immediately, while postpaid users have the option to include purchases in their monthly bill. These flexible payment options were stated by Ooredoo as part of efforts to improve convenience.
