Chief Judicial Administrator Aishath Rizna, speaking at the portal’s inauguration, highlighted its potential impact, stating that 60% of the forms currently submitted to the courts pertain to marriage.
The initial phase of the portal will exclusively handle marriage-related forms submitted to Magistrate Courts, with plans to incorporate Family Court forms in the near future.
The event, attended by key figures such as Attorney General Ibrahim Riffath and JSC Member Hisan Hussain, marks a significant step towards modernizing and simplifying procedures related to marriage within the judicial system.
