Both parties emphasised the importance of the timely implementation of projects aimed at improving infrastructure and boosting economic growth in the Maldives, which would ultimately benefit the Maldivian population.

The meeting concluded with a commitment from both sides to work closely together to ensure the successful execution of future initiatives beneficial to both nations.

Zameer was accompanied by Dr. Abdulla Muthalib, Finance Minister Dr. Mohamed Shafeeq, Ambassador-Designate Dr. Fazeel Najeeb, and senior officials from the Maldivian government and embassy in China.
