Scheduled for the today and tomorrow, the workshop will outline an action plan to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the areas of health, education, employment, accessibility, and equal participation in society. It will also identify specific activities to be carried out between 2025 and 2029, along with the regions where these initiatives can be implemented.
The initiative aims to address and overcome the challenges faced by people with disabilities and ensure the protection and realisation of their equal rights. A wide range of stakeholders, including disability associations, private sector organisations and government agencies involved in disability rights, are taking part in the workshop.
