Muizzu Announces Appointments in Health, Religion, and Sports Sectors

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has announced the appointment of Ibrahim Abdul Razzaq Haleem as the Chief Executive Officer of Dharumavantha Hospital, Sheikh Mohamed Latheef as the Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre and Mohamed Tholal as the Commissioner of Sports.
Haleem has previously held positions in state-owned enterprises, including the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) and Maldives Ports Limited.

In another announcement, Muizzu appointed Sheikh Mohamed Latheef as the Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre at the ministerial level.

Additionally, Mohamed Tholal has been appointed as the Commissioner of Sports at the ministerial level, as announced by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on the same day.
