Muizzu Collaborates with Relevant Authorities to Establish a Media Village

Upon the Cabinet’s recommendation, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has decided to carry out the work required to establish a media village in coordination with the relevant authorities. 

This decision followed discussions on a paper submitted by the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Information and Arts during Sunday’s Cabinet meeting.

Previously as part of his campaign Muizzu had revealed his plans to establish a dedicated media village in the city and to provide annual scholarships for journalists.
