Maafushi Island has launched Dollar ATM services, marking it the first location outside Male City to provide such services.

In an official statement released today by the President’s Office, it was announced that Dollar ATM services were inaugurated in Maafushi yesterday. The initiative was emphasized as fulfilling President Muizzu’s election promise to extend financial services to rural areas, which was made during the early stages of the presidential election campaign last year.
