Ooredoo App Introduces Flexible Autopay Payment Dates
Ooredoo Maldives has introduced an enhanced Autopay feature on its mobile application, allowing customers to choose the day on which recurring payments are automatically processed.
The telecom operator said the updated feature enables customers to automate monthly bill payments, prepaid recharges and add-on purchases according to their preferred payment date, offering greater flexibility in managing their accounts.
According to Ooredoo, customers can align automatic payments with their salary date, monthly budget or another preferred schedule, reducing the risk of missed payments while ensuring uninterrupted access to services.
The feature allows users to securely save a payment card within the Ooredoo App and schedule recurring transactions. Once activated, payments are processed automatically on the selected date each month.
Customers can also manage or update their Autopay settings directly through the app.
To activate the feature, users can save a payment card during any transaction, access the Autopay section under the “More” menu, select the service they wish to automate and choose their preferred payment day.
Ooredoo Maldives said the enhancement forms part of its ongoing efforts to expand digital services and provide customers with greater convenience, flexibility and control over their connectivity.
