Ooredoo Fintech has announced the integration of mFaisaa into the Got To Go Maldives mobile app, giving travellers a direct digital payment option when booking travel experiences within the Maldives.
According to Ooredoo Fintech, Got To Go Maldives is an emerging local travel platform through which customers can discover and make accommodation bookings on local islands, travel transfers, and explore activities and experiences across the country. The app is designed to make travelling in the Maldives easier by offering a range of travel services together through one platform.
Ooredoo Fintech states that the local travel platform consolidates island transfers, stays, and excursion bookings into a single digital hub. In addition to these services, the integration allows users of the Got To Go Maldives platform to pay for domestic flights and recreational activities—such as boat diving, camping, and snorkelling—directly through the app.
Furthermore, the partnership supports the continued expansion of the mFaisaa ecosystem, enabling digital payments across a growing range of local businesses, platforms, and services. While making digital transactions more accessible and convenient for customers, Ooredoo Fintech also aims to support local innovation through the integration of mFaisaa with locally developed platforms such as Got To Go.
